Peter Kirk

Peter has been working as a personal trainer since 2009, nine of those years at Bondi Icebergs. Peter's approach to training is to identify any dysfunctions first, followed by correcting them and then proceed by implementing a bespoke strength & conditioning program. Peter caters to a variety of individuals ranging from ages 12 to 60+ with all different types of goals from weight loss, increasing strength, improving sports performance to improving health and fitness.

Pete also specialises in:

  • Functional Movement Screening (Level 2)

  • Functional Range Conditioning

  • Is a certified Functional Strength Coach (Level 1)

  • International Kettlebell Sport & Fitness Association Coach (Level 2)

  • International Union of Kettlebell Lifting Coach (Level 2)

Abigail White

Fresh out of London, Abi is Bondi’s latest personal trainer. An athlete herself and 6-time National IAps swimming champion, she is a keen sportswoman and very much at home at Icebergs. 

Out of the pool, Abi is a keen weightlifter and thrives off high intensity training. Her passion for all things Health & Fitness has ignited her mission to inspire positive behavioural change in everyone she coaches. Her clients’ results on and off the gym floor speak volumes, as she demonstrates just how crucial pursuing an active lifestyle is for our overall wellbeing and mental health.

Abi’s qualifications include:

  • Diploma in Optimum Performance Training

  • NASM Certificates 2 & 3 in Gym Instruction & Personal Training

  • ASCA Strength & Conditioning Level 1

  • Advanced First Aid

  • Nutrition & Dietary Advice

Bill Flemming

Bill has a strong, proven commitment to providing clients with high energy, positive and results driven sessions.

Since 2017, Bill has been a visible fixture on the Bondi fitness scene. Before joining the Icebergs Family in 2021, Bill was the Head Coach of F45 Bondi, helping lead the studio to the number 1, World Champion title for 2018 & 2019. Bill went on to create his own Bondi Beach Bootcamp and PT clientele, placing 2nd as one of Sydney's top 5 Personal Trainers by the Wentworth Courier/Daily Telegraph for 2020.

Bill specialises in encouraging clients of all ages to feel and look their best and ultimately live their best life.
